2. Respect and Honor Local IRC/Channel Leaders: Ops (AA, RA/SA, 12t, 1p), Trainees, Helpers, Cservice Reps, IRCops! - (RA's hold Authority for Channel Administration during their Assigned Time Shifts.) - Leader Info: http://trainlist.Kociaa.com
3. Do not Offend, Harrass, or Cause Contention with Channel Users, Helpers, Trainees, Ops, or Bots! Always show Respect.
4. No Swearing!! - Even if masked! (Alternate Spellings or Replacing Letters with Symbols like ** or -- is STILL swearing!) No Vulgar or Offensive Chat!
5. No Flooding in any manner, be it DCC, CTCP, Public, Notice, Join, Nick-change, Color, Nuke, ICMP, Flash, Wingate, ASCII, etc! NEVER Type Garbage!! (3 Consecutive Repeats is Considered a Flood.)
6. No Colors!!! Colors are Never allowed on the Channel - Colors in /part or /signoff messages will get you PermBanned! (Many people cannot see Colors; Instead it just Floods them!)
7. No Self-Ads (age/sex/location/pic) on the Channel unless someone Specifically Asks You, by Name, to Share it. (One Unsolicited a/s/l per day is Allowed if you are Chating Regularly on the Channel.)
8. No Msg_me, dcc_me, message_me, pm_me, contact_me, ctc, or any other Desperate Begging for Chat on the Channel unless you are Specifically Asking someone by Name. (Don't Beg or Request to Chat; Just Chat!)
9. No Soliciting/Inviting to other Channels!! (Do NOT say join #my_channel!!) No Inviting to Chat Services such as other IRC Networks/ICQ/NetMeeting/WebCams/Webpages, etc!! (Regular users' Personal homepages are Allowed.)
10. No Repeating!!! No sending the Same Data or Text TWICE in a Row!! (Two Identical Lines is a Repeat; Three is a Flood!) (Absolutely NO Timers!)
11. No Yelling!! No excessive use of CAPS; No ALL_CAPS lines! (Yelling on IRC is considered very rude; Capitals in Proper Sentences or used as Friendly Emphasis/Excitement is alright.)
12. No Force Floods!! (This includes: No Surveys, Polling, "Everyone type 9 if you.....", etc!) (They are Disruptive to the Channel - Some may be Temporarily Approved by Channel RA's) - A Force Flood is telling Everyone to Type something in reply.
13. No Distributing Viruses, Trojans, Porn, or other Lame files!!!! (No Auto-DCC's or "on join" DCC sends) - For Help Removing Viruses, Type /join #Help and ask for help.
14. No Autogreets such as: Porn-Ads/Websites, Money-Making-Schemes, or Auto-Welcomes!!!! (No Auto-msg, Auto-notice, or other "on join" commands allowed EVER by anyone but Official Channel Bots!!)
15. No 'On Public' Commands, Remotes, or Add-Ons such as !commands, 8ball, LameOMeters, fserves, Votes, etc!! (They are Disruptive and Annoying - Some may be Temporarily Approved by Channel RA's or on Approved Channel Bots.) No Auto-replies EVER!
16. No Illegal / Unapproved Scripts!!! No Autoping, No Autoseen, No Repeating or Noisey (ascii) Away Messages!!! (Do not use a Script which uses Colors, Swearing, or Advertizes its Script Name/Title to Others!)
17. No Public Picture Trade Offers/Announcements - No non-personal Channel-Wide Picture or WebCam Requests!! (Asking Individuals is fine.) (View and Add Photos at the Official #Teens Gallery - http://gallery.Kociaa.com )
18. No Excessive Use of Bold or Underline! Use them Sparingly for Excitment/Emphasis. Never Use Beep/Highlight/Color-Characters! (Official Channel OPs and Bots may use ANY of these for Official Channel Business/Announcements!)
19. No using Notice (/notice #Teens) on #Teens. Only Channel Bots are allowed to do that!
20. No Illegal Signoff/Part Messages!! They may include words, but No Colors, No Swearing, No Porn-Sites, No Money-Making Schemes, No Adveritizing what script you are using....etc!! (Violators will be PermBanned.)
21. No NetSex/Cybersex/Porn!! No Vulgar Sex Chat - No Soliciting (asking for) Sex - No Sexual Harrassment - No Acting Desperate or Perverted!!! No Being on any Sex-Related or Dirty Channels while on Our Channel! No Sex-type Nicks!
22. Channel #Teens does Not Support Nor Condone Gay or Lesbian Chat/Activities. (No Encouraging Homosexual Chat, No Gay/Les/Bi Nicks) - Please Keep this Chat to Yourself! (Unwelcomed same-sex advances may be Reported to the Ops.)
23. No Lame Nicks - All Nicks are to be Based on Letters that we can Pronounce. (You may use TWO (2) Legal Characters: ` ' ^ - _ but may NOT use: [ ] { } / | \ SEE the difference?!! Also No 69/420/666) No Lewd or Offensive Nicks!
24. No Excessive Violence - Actions or Threats. No Graphic, Morbid or Offensive Violence.
25. No Racial Slurs, Attacks, or Put-Downs! No Rude Racial Comments or Jokes at another's Expense! (Racial Intolerance Offenders may be Banned) - Every Person is Welcome to Chat on #Teens - Respect Other Races, Countries, and Cultures!
26. No Religious Fighting! (Our Channel Maintains a Freedom of Religion Policy - Please Show Respect to all others' Religious Preferences and Beliefs) - Religion Discussions are always Welcome.
27. No Smoking/Tobacco, Drinking Alcohol, Coffee, Tea, or using Drugs while on the Channel; No Chat which Encourages such Activities! (These substances are Unclean and have no place on our Clean Channel!) (Herb Tea, Chocolate, and SodaPop are fine.)
28. No Warez!! No Offering or Asking for it! (No Illegal Pirating of Software or any other Illegal Actions, including sharing Confidential Government Nuclear Weapons Secrets!)
29. English is the Official Channel Language; Most users are from English-speaking countries. This means that you may NOT Speak Another Language unless a Channel Op Knows the Language and Desires to Translate! (Speak English so everyone understands.)
30. No Trout Slaps!! (These are Lame - Actually all Slapping is Rude.)
31. No Telling Others to Type ALT-F4, /signoff /part /quit /exit, or other things that are Harmful to Them, their Computers, or their Connection!
32. No Wavs or MIDIs!! They are not allowed on the Channel at all. (Most users cannot hear the sounds anyway; instead it just floods them.) No Displaying what you are Listening to via Plugin (No WinAmp MP3 plugins).
33. No MP3 Requests! Never use @mp3 or other MP3 searches! (Regular users who chat often may freely talk about and share legal MP3's.)
34. No Abusing Bot Commands (IE: `seen, `stats, `top10, `topc, `topidle, Temple's replys, .notes, etc)!
35. No Clones allowed! Only one Nick (login) per person allowed on the Channel. No Wingates!
36. No Unauthorized Bots on the channel. Bots are approved by the 12t Administration.
37. No IDLING! (You will be IDLE Kicked unless you are a Channel OP with Prior Authorization!)
38. Do not publically gripe about existing Channel Bots; Instead send your email recommendation and new ideas to: bots@Kociaa.com
39. Do not publically gripe about existing Channel OPS; Instead report abuse and/or thoughts via email to: teens@Kociaa.com
40. Do not publically gripe about existing Channel Trainees; Concerns with Trainees must be taken to their Personal Trainer. View the Official Trainer List at: http://trainlist.Kociaa.com
41. No Begging for Ops (or Voice)!! You may Interview for OP Helper position if you: Join/Chat Often, at least Two Months Already, Know/Obey Channel Rules, and are Friends with Channel Ops/Users. (Interviews are held Saturdays Noon MST on #Cougar)
42. No Stealing the Nicks of Channel OPS, Trainees, Helpers, or Bots! (Offenders/Violators will be PermBanned!)
43. No Posing as a Channel OP, Trainee, CService Representitive, ZT Representive, or IRCop! (Impostors/Violators will be Permbanned and Reported to the proper Authorities!)
44. No one is allowed to Organize or Claim Authority for any Channel Activity, Resource, or Affiliated Event without Prior Approval of the Channel Manager/President (1p).
45. It is Forbidden for users/helpers/trainees/ops/bots of the Channel to be On or Associated with 'Blacklist Channels'! (Permbans will Result!)
46. Report all Problems/Suspicious Activities/Questions/Comments to the Current Channel RA (OP) on Duty, or to the 12t #Teens Administration at: teens@Kociaa.com
47. You are held Responsible for Everything your Account does! (So do NOT allow anyone to use or gain access to your account!)
48. The #Teens Owner/Manager and Channel Administration are Not Responsible for anything that happens to you as a result of you Joining the Channel, and are not liable for damages of any kind, regardless of your Country's Laws and Customs.
49. All users who join #Teens Agree to Abide the Rules and Policies of this Channel, and Willingly Subject Themselves to the Consequences of their Actions.
