2. Respect the Ops, Trainees, Helpers, Bots, AA's, RA's, SA's, 12t, 1p, and all IRCops! - Remember: RA's hold the Authority for Channel Administration during their Assigned Time Shift.
3. Do not Offend, Harrass, or Cause Contention with Channel Users, Helpers, Trainees, Ops, or Bots! Always show Respect.
4. No Swearing! (Even if masked)
5. No Flooding in any manner, be it DCC, CTCP, Public, Notice, Nuke, ICMP, Flash, ASCII art, etc! (3 consecutive repeats is considered a Flood)
6. No Colors!!! Colors are not allowed on the channel at all. Most UNIX IRC users and many PC users cannot see colors; instead it just floods them!
7. No Soliciting/Inviting to other channels!! Also, No Inviting to msg/dcc or other chat services such as other servers/icq/bbs/webpages, etc!!
8. No Annoying Non-Personal Repeated Chatter such as: Requests to Chat, age/sex, msg me/dcc me, and Self-Ads!! (Absolutely NO Timers!)
9. No Yelling! No excessive use of CAPS; No ALL CAPS lines! (Yelling on IRC is considered very rude; Caps in a proper sentences are fine)
10 No Force Floods - (This includes: No Surveys, Polling, "Everyone type 9 if you like.....", etc! (They are Disruptive to the channel and annoying to most users - Some may be temporarily approved by Channel RA's)
11. No Distributing (via dcc or other) Lame files or Viruses such as Script.ini or others listed here: SCRIPT.INI, etc!
12. No 'On Public' Commands such as !commands, fserves, Votes, or Bartenders, etc! (They are Disruptive to the channel and annoying to most users - Some may be temporarily approved by Channel RA's)
13. No Autogreets, Auto-DCC's (including Virii), or "on join" commands allowed EVER by anyone but Official Channel Bots!!
14. No Public Picture Trade Announcements or general Picture Requests!! (View and Add Photos at the #Teens Gallery - http://gallery.celestar.com
15. No NetSex/Porn!!
16. No Acting Horny or Desperate!
17. No Being on any Sex-Related Channels while on our Channel!
18. No Lame Nicks - All Nicks are to be Based on Letters that we can Pronounce. (You may use ONE (1) of these: ` ' ^ - _ but may NOT use: [ ] { } / | \ SEE the difference?!!) No Lewd or Offensive Nicks!
19. No Smoking, Drinking Alcohol, Coffee, Tea, or using Drugs while on the Channel; No Chat which Encourages such Activities!
20. English is the Official language of the Channel, since most of users are from English-speaking countries. This means that you may not Speak another Language without Permission of an Op in the Channel who Knows the Language and Desires to Translate!
21. No Telling Others to Type ALT-F4, or other things that are Harmful to them, their Computers, or their Connection!
22. No Wavs or MIDIs!! They are not allowed on the channel at all. Most UNIX IRC users and a large amount of PC users cannot hear the sounds in real time; instead it just floods them.
23. No Trout Slaps!! (these are lame - actually all slapping is rude)
24. No Abusing Bot Commands (IE: `seen, Temple's replys, .notes, etc)!
25. No Clones allowed! Only one Nick (login) per person allowed on the Channel.
26. No Unauthorized Bots on the channel. Bots are approved by the 12t Administration.
27. No Unapproved IRC Scripts!! OPS may use scripts which don't cause any of the Channel Rules to be broken! (NO ON PUBLICS ALLOWED! - Aliases are OK if triggered manually)
28. No IDLING! You will be IDLE kicked unless you are a Channel OP with authorization!
29. No Religious Fighting! (Our Channel Maintains a Freedom of Religion Policy - Please Show Respect to all others' Religious Preferences and Beliefs)
30. No Warez!! (No Illegal Pirating of Software or any other Illegal Actions, including sharing Confidential Government Nuclear Weapons Secrets)
31. Do not publically gripe about existing Channel Bots; Instead send your email recommendation and new ideas to: bots@celestar.com
32. Do not publically gripe about existing Channel OPS; Instead report abuse and/or thoughts via email to: teens@celestar.com
33. Do not publically gripe about existing Channel Trainees; Concerns with Trainees must be taken to their personal Trainer. View trainer list at http://trainlist.celestar.com
34. No Posing as a Channel OP, Trainee, CService Representitive, ZT Representive, or IRCop!
35. No one is allowed to Organize or Claim Authority for any Channel Activity or Affiliated Event without Prior Approval of the Channel Manager.
36. It is Forbiden for users/helpers/trainees/ops/bots of the Channel to be on or Associated with 'Blacklisted' Channels! (Permbans will Result)
37. You are held Responsible for Everything your Account does! (So do NOT allow anyone to use or gain access to your account!)
38. Report all Problems and Suspicious activities to the 12t #Teens Administration at teens@celestar.com or the current Channel RA on Duty.
39. No Opping others; The Bots will do that. Never De-Op, Kick, or Ban Official Channel Bots or Ops. (If you somehow end up with Ops, Immediately Op the Official Channel Bots)
40. No Begging for Ops (or Voice)! New Trainees are chosen only from Users who Frequent the Channel often, who have been Regulars for at least the last Two Months, Chat in Public, Know Channel Rules and Bot Commands, Obey the Rules, and are Friends with the Ops and other Regular Users. 41. No Stealing the Nicks of Channel OPS, Trainees, Helpers, or Bots!
42. All Ops and Users who have access on any Channel Bots _MUST_ login and/or Admin the channel for at least two hours, twice a week (minimum of 4 hours a week) or they may be removed!
